1. Who we are

Ubuhanzi is a platform for Rwandan artists to release music, record in the studio, take bookings, sell merchandise and publish an artist website.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the artist portal. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or ban an account that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, and we record a written reason when we do.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload — your masters, artwork, photos and written profile. You grant Ubuhanzi the licence it needs to host that material, show it on your artist website, and deliver it to the streaming services you ask us to deliver to.

4. Our commission

Ubuhanzi takes a commission on revenue it collects for you. The rate and the payout mechanics are in the Payout & Commission Terms.

5. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time.
