SAMPLE TEXT — NOT BINDING
This is placeholder content seeded for development and staging. It has not been reviewed by counsel, it does not bind Ubuhanzi or its users, and it must not be published to production. Sections marked OPEN QUESTION are facts that must be established before any of this becomes real policy.
1. Why this exists
The platform can suspend or ban an account. This document is the rule that such a decision is measured against, so that a moderation action has a stated basis.
2. What is not allowed
- Uploading music, artwork or samples you do not have the rights to
- Impersonating another artist, or claiming another artist's name or subdomain
- Streaming fraud, including artificial or bot-driven plays
- Hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form
- Uploading malware, or attempting to break the platform's security
- Misrepresenting royalty splits, or adding a collaborator without their consent
3. What happens if you break these rules
Depending on severity we may remove the material, suspend the account temporarily, or ban it permanently. Every action records a written reason.
4. Appealing
OPEN QUESTION — the appeal route for a suspension or ban, who reviews it, and the response time.
5. Reporting a problem
Copyright complaints go through the Copyright & Takedown Policy. Anything else reaches us through the contact details in the Terms of Service.
