1. Our position
Ubuhanzi distributes music on behalf of artists who tell us they hold the rights. If you believe material on the platform infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act.
2. Designated agent
OPEN QUESTION — the Designated Copyright Agent for takedown notices, and the postal and email address for service.
3. Sending a notice
A complete notice identifies the work, identifies the material on the platform, gives your contact details, and states that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised.
4. What we do
We review the notice, may remove or disable the material, and tell the artist who uploaded it what was removed and why.
5. Counter-notice
An artist who believes material was removed in error can respond.

6. Repeat infringement
An account that repeatedly infringes may be banned under the Acceptable Use Policy.
