Distribution Terms

1. What we do for you

When you submit a release, Ubuhanzi delivers it to the streaming and download services you select, and collects the revenue those services pay.

2. What you promise us

You promise that you hold or control the rights to everything in the release — the recording, the composition, the artwork and any samples — and that you have cleared every collaborator's share.

3. Splits

Royalty splits agreed in the platform determine how collected revenue is divided. Splits must total 100% before a release is delivered.

4. Term and takedown

OPEN QUESTION — the distribution term, the notice period for takedown, and whether takedown from stores is immediate or at the next delivery cycle.

5. Revenue and commission

Revenue is subject to the commission in the Payout & Commission Terms.

6. Exclusivity
